Had a good cold Saturday morning at Pappy's after hunting with Frodo Friday evening. Got a 4-point at 15 yards using my hophornbeam bow and cane arrow.

Also picture of Pappy showing what he could have gone out with opening day of Tn. rifle season instead of his selfbow.  ;D

Also Pappy eating before he posts one of me eating yet again!  ;D

That a .223 or a .308? Looks like a .308! I like the .308 lots of punch to it and better ballistics than the .223 over distance.

Way to go Greg! Nice buck ya got there. Certanly looks like fall down that way. It's always green up here.

Does kinda look like it! Thought it looks more like a hard morning bow hunting.

I think Pappy should delve into the art of sinew backed Hupa and Modoc style bows next. A little more of a challenge, maybe?  >:D
