Great weekend for the kids. Congrats to both.  :OK
The new pups seems to be fitting right in. Sure is lucky for her coming to Twin Oaks.

Sure do enjoy seeing the young people enjoying their time at Twin Oaks pappy.

Especially when they get to skin and process their animals with some good coaching. I really think it’s part of our sport that should be passed on. Not hidden, but given the respect it deserves for the hunter and the hunted.

I love the funky foot.  I have a femur of a doe that was broken and healed over.  The bone was all wonky and was not put back together like ours would be at the ER.  I use it to show the kids in my college class how nature finds a way to survive.

Pappy,I talked to Chris and Shane and they plan on heading out Friday morning when Chris gets off work, no telling when they'll pull in though. I'll be there Friday sometime after lunch. I-40 is closed at the Tennessee line in NC so I'm gonna have to drive I-75. See you Friday.
