Lots of older married couples and a ton of kids, great to see that. The young and the old come together.  :)

Then the awards for the self bow Challenge and the James Parker/Twinoaks lam bow challenge, James made a very nice knife for his awards. Brother Bear helping out with my grand babies, they love Bear, well what's not to love.  :)

James spent an extra knight our 2 and showed me how to turn big rocks into little ones  ???  ;) Great time and I need some rest. :) That's it for another year's Classic and as I said it was a really good one, for those that missed it , maybe next year. My last 2 are my favorite , Margaret Ann and Bodhi first trophies, they loved it as all the kids seemed to. Life is Good. :)

We had a really great time. It was our first time there and we sure had fun shooting the course and visiting with folks.
I was lucky enough to meet Outbackbob48 at Killdeer's camp and had a nice visit.
Great event, thanks for all the work you and the other folks put into it Pappy.  :OK

Pappy,
Thank you for posting the pictures. I enjoyed seeing them even though I have never been to your shoot. You guys must be doing several things right to get a big turn out like you had! I hear from other clubs that attendance is down at their shoots but yours is up. I believe that folks will still come to a shoot if the club hosting it does a good job and you are proof that it is true. Thanks again for posting the pictures for guys like me that could not be there.
Take care and God Bless,
brian

Glad to get back down. I had a blast per normal. Amazing course also per usual.
I call a lot of people brother, but only count a few as family.

We didn't get to spend much time at the classic this year but at least we made it.  It was the first time my fiance and the kids have been to anything like this.   They had a great time and can't wait to go back next year.  Thanks to everyone who made them feel welcome.
