More of the range, the woods are beautiful this time of year, in their own way. :)

1 last deer head to euro mount, Sally said let me at it and you won't need to boil the meat off, Sister just looking on. More head way on the Hickory, another week or 2 and should have enough for the Classic. :) ;)

I really wish I could be there, but finals go up through the 30th and who knows what travel regulations will be like.

Looks like another great weekend Pappy.

I like the idea of the wall by the fire. Around here we put four walls and a ceiling around ours.lol

So nice to see things still pretty normal at twin oaks.

Ya BJ, that's what I like about the place, no matter what's going on in this crazy world, nothing much seems to change around there. People come and go but the place seems to stay the same. Love to have you visit some day Ben, I think you would enjoy it, maybe someday tradcraftsman when you get out of school. ;) Headed that way in a bit to see what I can get into today, cold and supposed to snow so I think a good fire is in order. ;) :) :)

Warm fire is Good. Separates us from the non fire builders. Gives us hot chow and allowed us to live in northern and most southern zones of the earth.

Pappy,
What is that large wood chisel used for? The one in the same picture as the draw knife.

You are certaitnly living the dream. I hope to visit for the first time this year.

neuse it is used as a chisel but also like a self controlled wood plane, very very sharp, hope you can make it, love to meet ya face to face. :) Headed down in a bit for the weekend, got a few plans, some hide work and 1 more deer head to boil, planned on doing that this passed week but had some plumbing trouble that took first in line. Hope to finish that up this morning and get back to doing things I enjoy, got a lot of weak suits but plumbing is at the top of the list. ??? :) :) Miss Joanie's birthday was yesterday and we had a great day together, even went out for steak which we haven't done in a while, very enjoyable. Hope yall have a good one, Life is Good. :) :) :)
