Any self respecting sporting goods or firearms store would have a scale in the reloading equipment.

I use a 40 year old triplebeam scale and convert ounces to grains. 437.5 gr per ounce.

I use a Lyman Pro Archer's Scale.  Easy to use, not too expensive, and mine weighs stuff from 0-550 grains in 0.1 grain increments.  Maybe a little light for hunting arrows, but fine for 3D types that we use over on this side of the pond.

I was thinking the same thing when I saw "grain" in quotes.  We had a 100# grain and haybale scale.
