Well, considering it's me doing the shooting, I'm real happy!
It was slappy and twangy at first, but when i took the brace up to fist and thumb height it settled right in. It is smooth through the entire draw and the floppy rest works great (I might want to go just a skosh heavier on the leather next time, but it's
not a problem.) It does shoot a bit different from my red oak bows, but I'm hard pressed to describe what that difference is. Once I relaxed and saw where
it wanted to shoot, things got better.
And here's my own archers paradox... we shoot at all kinds of targets, when it's a big bulls eye, my groupings look like buckshot. But as soon as someone hangs up a little stuffed animal, say squirrel sized, it's like someone else is shooting. Thok thok thok. What's up with that?!
