babule just take a piece of a wlly world bag and scrunch it up and dab the various colores on, really simple but pracice on some scrap first.

Thanks Hammertime as for the finish there's nothing just play around with dyes on a scrap piece, use a scrunched up piece of plastic bag to dobb the dye on in a random pattern
