great job on that one! I often have problems when I start to change direction and notch upward. One flake will often go too deep, wrap around and remove the ear, effectively erasing the upward turn. Then it just looks like a side notched point with wide, open notches which isn't what I wanted to do. I think one important trick is to get the base as thin as possible...that makes it easier to do the fine notches cause you don't have to remove so much material with each flake. If you crush an edge inside that notch then you have to build up excessive pressure in order to remove the next flake....and that spells big trouble. But it looks like you have it under control!
