What Pappy said and let me add this- put some wood glue on the hole and fill it with sawdust. After it dries add some super glue to the rest of the glue. Remember what he said about how you tiller the knot. Don't go crazy adding reflex either. I noticed the stave was reflexed. It's already got a weak spot more reflex will make it weaker. Jawge

Exactly what Pappy and Jawge said super glue in the not with some fine sawdust and as Pappy said take of as much weight without that area bending. The weight will rob performance but I love character anyway.
In the pic (169) (looking down on it)  It shows a fair amount of width and some sharp transitions right there. You will want to lose a little of the width and blend in the transitions much more gradual. Not enough that you cut into the know itself but enough the feather that edge. The reason is that with the bugle out to the side you may cause a runoff shear where your extra material blends in.  Hope that makes sense.

When you get the tips moving 6 or 8 inches.A little trick I use when on the tiller stick is when I have it pulled down,I take a string and run it tip to tip across the bow and you can see how it is looking better. It looks like a low brace ,but not. :) It really helps you see what the whole limb looks like. :)

But then......this is what happens when you get carried away with a scraper....now I have a bad hinge between the Knot and limb tip....any ideas on this are welcome....I was trying to get the limb bending more, closer to the knot....bad judgement on where to scrape on my part....Steve

The right limb was looking pretty good, To be honest I doubt you can do much with the left. You may try and get it bending between the far and knot and relieve some of the pressure off the end but I feel sure you will loose a ton of weight to get that hinge out. Sorry I can help you more. I
know how bad you wanted to make this work but if it was me I would mark it up to experience and move to another stave.  :(
