lamination noob question
..... Do i glue bamboo to the tapered side of my ipe or the flat side?
i was sittin down to start to work last night, and realized i wasn't 100% sure. I am bettin its flat side. Ty

Aries,
The bamboo goes onto the back of the bow, the sides which is away from you when the bow is shot. Usually this is flat to alow the flat backing to be glued on.

It needs to be flat enough for the bamboo to fit to it, but doesn't have to be straight and flat from end to end. I usually taper mine on both sides.
