Hey Bo,

Glad to hear from ya.
Hope you and your Family are doing well.

Had my head down mostly covered up with Family Business the past six months.
But that is mostly finished.

Had a couple of shooters finished and shipped.
About to finish a new Osage Molly and a Sinew Backed Osage Longbow with flipped tips.
Also working on a Problem Child Rawhide Backed Yew Pyramid that may be my first Explode-O-Bow.

We need to have a get to gether towards the end of September or early October.
Preferably after an early season cool front.  :)

I say lets start talking it up and see who's interested in getting together.

Definitely wouldn't mind a get together, and definitely wouldn't mind a cool front beforehand. Got a couple I'm working on when I can manage to stand the heat.  Even though I've got target fixation on deer season, I'd be down to sacrifice a day to join in, assuming no demanding class assignments, also.

Hey 4dog,

I'm up for a Sept or October get together.

Heck it's been more than a year since our last Houston gathering.
That's just too long...

That sounds good to me...

I'm working on a Reciever Hitch pedestal setup for a vice.
It would make it easier to do stave work in a primitive setting.

Lakeside would be Very Nice...  :)

Wow folks sounds great!  I live in Oregon but get to Houston 6 to 10 times a year.  I'd love to meet up with you folks and make some wood chips or shoot just the same!  If I know the time and place I can work it into my schedule.

Welch Park sounds like a cool place...  :)
