Cool Rick, needs to be about at least 9'' long , 6'' wide and very important for it to be at least 3 1/2'' thick.

Yeah, we were watching Jesse work on that butterscotch looking one. Even though it didn't come out like he wanted it to, he was pretty excited just to be making progress in learning the process!

The Flint river.  I have had problems running long flakes on un-heat treated Flint river and coastal plains.  It percusses well but I have problems doing any type of pressure flaking except beveling an edge.  I have used antler, bone and copper.  Bill
