61" ntn, 60# at 27.  1 & 1/16  to 3/8 wide.   Bamboo, BL, ipe and ipe.  Bocotes tip overs and goncalo alves tip underlays.  Ipe power lam.    I took a scrap 50" thin strip of black locust, glued to a 1/8 ipe strip with some deflex.  Glued on foot long ipe power lam.  Tapered BL so that it feathered out 6" from end of bow.  Glued on boo adding reflex in form.  Tillered to 25"/  Glued on 1/8 ipe belly strip.  Built up handle with strips. Tillered out. Ipe strips were scraps from trimming some checked exterior from board years ago.  My fastest bow to date.  Glued up couple Inch reflex and most stayed.  Cord wrap grip.

Very nicely done! Your tiller profile almost looks like a Holmegaard, with excellent low string angles at full draw.

That is one gorgeous bow, Dave. There's a lot of experience, study, and effort to come up with such a success. We'll look at again this weekend for Oct Laminate BOM.

The fancy tip underlays are because the belly lam was 1 & 1/4" too short ;D

I've been fooling with the thin ipe belly lam concept for a couple years and have an informational note.  I used titebond 3 for the backing, BL, and first ipe strip - the first two glue ups.  Used epoxy to attach the belly strip and handle. I have found that if you use TB3 for the belly strip, if you have tiny areas with a bit of poor adhesion, the compressive force will raise a blister that becomes a compression fracture.  I used West System marine epoxy.  This is a two part epoxy given to me by my buddy after he was finished with a boat project.

I never made a laminate i guess its on the list and this one looks very nice...By the way what type of glue do u use to laminate with???
