Jesse, that dagger is awesome, and the point is beautiful! Great work!  Have I ever mentioned that it isn't fair for one person to have so much talent...what did you say the score was you shot on the course over the weekend? ;)

thanks for the post pappy.
Guys i spent about 4-5 hrs on this one. seemed like every flack was preped and set up just right and i felt like i was one wrong move from snapping it the whole time.
I'm really glad it terned out. its not stitched but i don't think all the real ones were stitched. regardless i am proud of it. Now i just need to find another big piece of rock and try another one. Oh yea thanks Wolf Watcher thats the big piece of Texas flint you gave me at the classic.

That's some kinda cool Jesse! 8)  I bet hitting a piece that big does raise he pucker factor a little.

That horse creek is stunning. Is it that color before heating?
Be thankfull for all you have, because no matter how bad you think it is...it can always be worse.

Jesse, that's awesome! Looks like you've got that punch flaking down, and I don't even see any flakes stuck in your forehead. ;D Sweet dagger, and that Horse Creek point is sure some eye candy, too.

Sure am impressed with your skill!!   :o :o :o  I always think there is a point or blade hidding in every good rock and you certainly found one in that big ole boulder.  Hope to find another good sized one for you at next year's classic!  Beyond the blade the color in the point and the workman's ship on it is beyond what most of us hope to achieve!  ("STAND IN THE DOOR")  Pokie

Awesome dagger (and point). Just curious... how long did it take you to knock that dagger out?
