That should hold if it was just a splinter popping up and not broke deeper. Good luck. It will probably crack when you draw it for a while with that long a patch filled with superglue.
cracking noise is what I meant to say.

thanks smokeu and pappy!! so far so good. It DID make some crackling noises when I first started pulling it on the tillering tree. I started with the long string then went to low brace and then to full brace to kinda "break it back in". I actually think it shoots better now. still holding strong!!
