Ha I hope you're not kidding. That's at least a 28" draw bud.
No I was actually serious. I have certainly been wrong before, and I may be wrong this time. I was just making an educated guess. Here was my thinking. The average man's arm is 17" from elbow to fingertip. Your fingers are bent over so it would be a little less. The draw is a little less than one and a half times the distance from your elbow to your bent fingers. At 17" that would make it around 25 1/2". I don't really look at where people anchor because there is so much variation in form. Some guys roll their shoulder forward, some backward. Some guys use a straight bow arm, most like you bend it quite a bit. Or you could be exceptionally tall or just have long arms making it seem short.
Like I said, I could be very wrong, and I don't mean anything by it. I know that I quit drawing for pictures without using an arrow for reference because I was so busy thinking about the photo that I wasn't getting to full draw, and thought you might be in the same boat as me.
BTW It doesn't have to be all gussied up to be pretty, I like bare bows a lot. Ask the boys that have been around for years, I never used to paint, dye, stain, or put any other "pretty" on any of my bows. Justin
