What is the best glue for fletching, and is it best to set them straight or offset?

Offset will do much better at stabilizing your arrow especially with a broadhead on it.. as for glue Duco, super glue and fletch tight all work well..

I've been using fletch tape lately and like its simplicity and quick fletching.
