What is the best glue for fletching, and is it best to set them straight or offset?

Offset will do much better at stabilizing your arrow especially with a broadhead on it.. as for glue Duco, super glue and fletch tight all work well..

I've been using fletch tape lately and like its simplicity and quick fletching.

Let  me  add  that you must select the  appropriate  glue  for the  surface  you are glueing
