I agree, I'd go 6" to 8" out from the fade on the right limb and take some wood off slowly to match the other limb. They both look pretty thick yet, but hard to tell how much weight they're at. After you get the right limb matching the other, like Dano said you should get the bow to a low brace and put it on a tillering tree if you have one. That way you can get an idea of the draw weight while watching the draw length at the same time.
