  My little brother soaks shark meat in milk overnight and it works also

     I've hear both solutions to soaking shark meat.  Shark meat has a lot of uric acid (Urine)......mmmm, meat marinated in urine...... :P
The fish and chips you get in England is mostly shark.  Shark liver has been called toxic, because of the extremely high content of iron or Vitamin A, in it.  I forget which.
