I would say that a constant taper from fades to the tip would be a better design. Would at least be easier somewhat in tillering because materail removal is taking place in your limb width taper...instead of more in the limb thickness reducing taper to the tips. We usually alway prepare pyrimid bows for when we have new folks making bow such as during the Tn. Classic because they are easier to tiller, and it is a very good design as well.
