2nd Ipe - Different handle
« on: June 19, 2009, 08:47:44 pm »
Just finished another Ipe bow this one has a different style handle.  (and it's left handed too)

It is real similar to the other one I did 59"' NTN, 50lb. limbs about 1 1/8" out to mid-limb then goin to 3.8" tips.

Really like the profile on that bow, braced and unbraced.  It just looks like it shoots smooth, probably feels even better in the hand.  Nice job on the handle.

There's some serious laminate bows this month. The unbraced profile of this one makes it a serious contender for June Laminate BOM.

Thanks for all the comments!  This one turned out to be a sweet shooter as well.
Went to the local shoot today and the new owner liked it as well....although he said it would take some getting used (compared to his Black Widow)
