Greg was at the barn the other day to pick out a stave for Doug[new guy just getting into bow building. While he was there he came up with a snaky stave, after looking at it ,we decided to get a belly split and the top will make a couple. We plan on building 3 all from the same stave ,all with the same snake. One for Greg one for BigA and one for me,should be cool if we can pull it off. Will keep you updated. :)

Now that's a great use of a snakey stave, they are hard enough to come by. Good name for the bows too huh Cowboy, "Three Amigos" . If anyone can pull it off Pappy can.

This will be fun. Anyone got any popcorn? I'm ready to kick back and watch 3 beautiful snakes appear.

That is the problem,to many things going on,I am headed to AL.to the HH shoot this weekend and then to Cloverdale next, but then other that bushhogging I should be able to get starter on my part
of this.BigA and GregB will probably have there's shooting by then and I will be playing catch up.It
is some really clean wood with great growth rings so hopefully it will all go smooth. We will keep yall updated. I like the name Cowboy. ;) ;D
