Beautiful, as always. I see we know a little about photo composition, too. ;)
Just remember, you can't put the wood back on.

Manny, I can't believe you got a 58 inch piece of yew to bend that far. Looks like the entire length is working in the full draw pics. Your recent bow posts have me fired up for May 1-3 weekend at Brad's - Bradjam bow making weekend. I have 10 staves/bow blanks roughed out and am ready to bend some wood.

Dang Manny, you're just kicking our butts here on the mainland. I love that tiller - the limbs almost look like they made of liquid. BTW, please, please don't send that bow to Keenan until after our gathering - I wouldn't have a chance at the flight-bow competition if he showed up with that beauty!  :o

thanks guys  :)

Shaun, you wright, if you compare the unbraced pictures and full draw you can see how just about the all limb apart from the last couple of inches, is moving.

Gordon, when I see the bows that you guys make, I have to step back and just try harder ;) ...and I'm learning so much with every new one I finish,.....yep YEW is sooo smooth, definatly # 1 wood in my book, ..can't even immagine how good of a bow could be made with top quality YEW, just an amazing wood !!!!

Yeah Olschool, YEW is allways linked to longbows, but the excepional tension/compression qualitys coupled with the phisical lightess of the wood make it a great selection for shorter bows  ;D

That tiller looks sweet Manny. I bet that thing smokes an arrow.

Don't worry Gordon, I'd have to use my feet to shoot that heavy of bow right now ::) ::)  Maybe Manny will just show up and be on our side to give you Valley boys a good run. ;D
