Now that is a good looking bow. I really like the thorns sticking out on the back. Thanks for sharing.

Nice bow Chris. Is that the one your shooting for the woods walk this year? None of those light weight girly man bows..... >:D
I'm just glad we were able to positively influence you in some way if only a little bit. Now about that bulbus handle! Arg.... ::)  ;D  ;)

Ver well executed bow and I like the bulbous grip looks more natural than the cut in shelf :)

Chris, you'd think a big burly man such as yourself would shoot a manly bow for the woods walk...... ::)
None of these 40#er's...... ;) lol.. :D
Dana, He knows I'm just ripping on him...its a thing we do....Me and ole Shatner go way back.

Nothing plain about that one-really great looking bow. I like those pin knots sticking out, too. And don't let Ryan talk you into butchering bow handles with those cut-in she....she...shel....;D

I heard  that Hilbilly, and thanks. And Dana I to like the looks of the bulbous handle though I think mine are a little large, And Ryano I never try to impress anybody with the thickness of the bow I carry, just with my arrow placement.

Cool. Like the thorns. Gives it some gnarly personality... like the tree.
Just remember, you can't put the wood back on.

That's one beautiful bow.  I'm really starting to fall in love the color of BL  I have a stave drying.  As soon as I finish this hickory bow, BL will be my next attempt.

I don't always cut in a arrow shelf, the last two bows I made have built up arrow shelves of leather. I just don't care for large round handles.... ;D Chris likes his the size of a Milwaukee's Beast can....for maximum comfort.  ::)  ;) Isn't that right Chris.
