Heads I've made

Some heads I've just finished and a few I made a while ago . Square bodkins and Towton plus some swallow tails I made a while ago.
and some arrows

Hillbilly - The big one is 40 grams = 617 grains and the small one is 28 grams = 432 grains ... mmmm definitely need a war bow to fling those babies down range ...  ::)

Burnie - I use re bar (12mm) that I test before hand to make sure the carbon content is up to scratch for tempering

Hey Erik , keep at it ....remember , we are all beginners , some of us have been beginners longer than others  :)
next time I do some heads I will try and do a "hammer along" ...

Makes me want to fire up the charcoal and mash metal. Trouble is, I would end up with blobs instead of lovely points like yours.
