new black chery turkey bow.
« on: March 30, 2009, 09:33:26 pm »
here is another black cherry longbow. i am actually starting to like this stuff. its not too bad to work with and pretty tuff  :o   anyways it 44 pounds at 28 inches. its like 65 inches long or somethin like that. kind of went for a eastern woodland style and decorations on this one.it bends through the handle.  handle is made of braintanned deerskin. turkey feathers wrapped on with sinew.   i think it looks pretty cool :)

this will be my turkey bow this year.   I CANT WAIT  ;D ;D ;D :D  it shoots great but has a little hand shock.  all well  ;)

Good looking bow, Mitch-tiller looks great, and I like the detail and decorations. I like that coon quiver, too. Now we want to see another pic of it with blood and feathers stuck to it. :)

Nice looking and good overall design. No black cherry round here. I'd love to try it. Quiver ought to turn a few heads. Good job.

Nice looking bow, Mitch. I love the simple "D" bows. They are surprisingly effective.
