Good stuff. I have yet to make any forms, but I got some good ideas from the pics.

i have a single 2x4 and i clamp the handle in the center, i also use a cinderblock or a few pieces of 2x4 to shape it out further

Here is mine.  It is made of pine board sandwiched in plywood for strength.  I made it large, so I still have another full side for a different profile, and 3 more corners for different curves.  I hooked a light pull bungee to the bow and let the heat gun soften a few inches at a time untill the bungee brought the bow down.
