Randy Rowe ( catahoula) tooting his own horn, I mean playing the flute.

David Knight was giving a class on tillering a recurve bow.

Another of my surviving points.

Stobber from the paleo forum brought out a carload of his works for sale.

I would just like to say that my girls and I enjoyed ourselves on Saturday. Thanks go to Tim from NY for that maple stave, primal need archery for cutting that stave for me and especially all those who were so nice to my 2 girls. They really love the arrowhead necklaces, stones and mink they got for discount! Unfortunately I had to leave suddenly due to an emergency at work and had to pack and run before I could thank anyone. I also wanted to pick up some of those tonkin arrow shafts, dang forgot!
Oh, I was the guy sitting in front of the bowmaking area working on a knobby stave on Saturday afternoon...
Thanks again for a great time,

Tommy, Taylor and Madison

Tommy, it was good to meet you-I was the guy who stopped and talked to you when you were deciding how to cut the stave to leave those cool lumps on it.

I had a great time again this year, i suppose the weather may have kept some of the larger groups from visiting this year. It takes a lot of work to set this up so a special thanks to Dick and Jim.

Thanks to all who were involved in setting this event up.  My son Ryan and I had a blast.  We will definitely be there in the future. 8)

I had a great time.. It was great to meet all the new people and to see old freinds as well.. I really enjoyed seeing all the new things that were made by everyone.. I think the high point for me was seeing a young man by the name of Aidan finish his first osage self bow and get to shoot it sunday..  ;)

Thanks to all, especially Dick and Jim for all their hard prep work. It was a great weekend and I learned a lot. I also wanted to thank Joe and Steve for giving me rock busting advise and to Steve for the stave. A lot of my pics look the same as what has been posted but I will add a few more.

Here are a few more pics.  Been working double time to catch up on what I took off for the knap-in and just now had time to get the pictures downloaded.

Lean on it, Wade!

I took fewer pictures than I intended.  It has been a long time since I got to sit in the pit & just chip rock.  Looking forward to doing it again.
