There were all ready a few folks camping and getting stuff set up as I was unloading.  I saw madcrow as I was leaving to put the directional signs up.  I put one not too far off the interstate just past the semi-truck service center on the right. There's another near the Wilkins St & Hwy 49 traffic light about three houses from the light, and one more across from the Shell station at the corner of McCray road. I hope they help. The yellow entrance sign is right across from Dennis Trail.

Looking forward to seeing everybody out there. I intend to take lots of pictures too.

Also, I just saw the weather and it looks like things are improving from what they thought at this time yesterday (Yay!).  Maybe Eddie's make-up won't run after all. It could be a lot drier than they thought.

It rained a little today, but not enough to prevent us from having a good time.  The rain slacked off in the afternoon and the sun even made a brief apperance. I was able to put some faces with screen names. Looking forward to tomorrow and also getting some sleep so I can do it again.

We had a spall, I mean ball smacking on some rocks.  I am waiting for my pics to download and I will get them posted.  Everyone had a good time and there were quite a few nice points made, and broke.

As usual, I took a camera but was so busy having fun that I forgot to take pics. I know Eddie has a bunch. It was good to see some familiar faces again and meet some new people, too. Bryan, enjoyed your git-tar pickin' and singining, too.

You asked for 'em, you got 'em.

Here are a few of the pics that I took.

Woodland Roamer and NCHillbilly contemplating the next move.

The pottery man, showing off his work, which was very good.

David and Cora with their bows

Jim with a captivated audience.

A bow, hawk, and knife donated for the raffle along with a gas card.  Steve also threw in a point he made.

A closer look at the sheath I made for the knife.  I ended up winning the knife, so I told Dick to draw again so
someone else could get it. They did and I won it again, so I figured I might as well keep it.

There was plenty of different types of rock for sale, everything from petrified wood to pipestone.
