Wade, I don't see any problem flat spots that I would worry about. We could all overanalyze our bows and keep scraping on them until they pull 15#. I get to a point where the tiller is decent and start shooting it. If it shoots good, I leave it alone. If it feels funny or shocky or slow or out of timing or starts taking a lot of set in one area or something I'll attack it again, otherwise, call it done. Oh, the new handle wrap looks better.
