If you want to make your own, Venisonburger may have some stock band saw blades.

Brian ,they are easy to make from old circular saw blades,or band-saw blades.Just lay them out.Cut out, grind an edge, heat to cherry red, quinch in motor oil, haft to an arrow shaft, take a few test shots, then put a razor edge on them, and your ready to go huntin'. God Bless

The trades from 3Rivers are not for hunting. Not legal in most states because they are less than 7/8" wide. They are, however, a fairly traditional design of trade point.

I have had my best luck with a cold chisel and hammer. Score the metal and break it off. I tried a Dremil but used about 4 fiber blades on one trade point. I can buy broadheads cheaper than that. ;D I think a small side grinder with a carbide disc might be the way to go...unless you have a plasma cutter. :o 8)

The easiest method I've found is using a chop saw with a metal cut off wheel.A cut off wheel,of the correct size, will also fit a mitre saw,or even a circular saw held in a vise.Be sure to wear a face mask, and ,or goggles, and heavy gloves, when doing this. You can cut the points out and grind them in minutes. It takes longer to lay them out than it does to build them. God Bless

i bought some off ebay from a fellow who sells them for $6 a dozen.  i couldn't make them for that price.  i think he stamps them out with a press.
