Thanks guys,I hope he likes it,not quite as primitive as he makes them but should
be very useful. The last one we did together we burned the hole,that took a while.
So this one I used a drill press.

No ,it's all sprayed with Polly,just got tired of cleaning it off,we can take it off with brake kleen when you get back,or go chop something down and I am sure it will come off.
