Would be great to see some braced pics. Amazing that a bow can be made from such wood. You really need a dead twisty arrow to go with it!

nice!  never seen persimmon grow like that in my neck of the woods.  it's usually straight as an arrow.

Very impressive Ozark, I have a great respect for bowyers that step up to a challenge like that. I bet you leaarned more from that piece of wood than any others you've done. That is one of the best examples of reading the wood and "seeing the bow in the wood", that I have ever seen.  Congratulations.     Keenan

I haven't got around to getting pics of it braced but I'll do that as soon as possible. Like I said, it's a bit whip ended but I'm just proud that it even shoots. I'll die with this bow! I've made so many and always trade them, give them as gifts, or sell em. I've had so many nice ones and nothing to show for it but I'll never get rid of this one.
